Where do I copy my BIGO ID from?
In BIGO Live, tap Me at the bottom of the screen. The ID sits right under your nickname — tap it to copy, then paste it at checkout.
How long until the diamonds show up?
Delivery is automatic once payment is confirmed and normally takes under 30 seconds. If your balance hasn't changed after a few minutes, contact support with your order number.
Could recharging here get my BIGO account in trouble?
No. Diamonds are credited to your BIGO ID through the normal recharge channel, and we never touch your login. Your account stays exactly as it is — just with more diamonds.
Which payment methods can I use?
FPX online banking, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, and Visa or Mastercard. The options shown at checkout depend on your currency.
I typed the wrong BIGO ID — what now?
Contact support straight away with your order number. Diamonds that have already been credited to another ID cannot be pulled back, so always double-check the ID before you pay.
Is buying from a BIGO-only store different from buying in the app?
The diamonds are the same BIGO Live diamonds. The difference is how you pay: here you can use FPX or local e-wallets, see the price per diamond for every pack, and keep an order record you can refer back to.
Can the diamonds go to someone else’s BIGO account?
Yes — type their BIGO ID instead of yours at checkout. Make sure it is exactly right, because a recharge credited to the wrong ID can’t be pulled back.
Where do I see that the recharge went through?
Your diamond balance in BIGO Live goes up the moment the recharge completes. We also email an order confirmation, and the Track Order page shows the live status.
